400g sagu biji
pandan essence
garam

Gaul rata sagu biji, kelapa parut
Masukkan garam sikit, pandan essence.
Gaul rata

Tuang dalam acuan.
Tekan mampat2, ratakan.

Kukus selama 2 1/2 jam.

Okay, tu original nya tau!

Hamba kalau tak modify resepi, tak sah!
Heheh

Tuang satu bahagian di dlm acuan.
Tekan, mampat, ratakan.
Taburkan gula melaka di atasnya.
Timbuskan gula melaka dengan bahagian satu lagi tu.

Kukus selama 2 jam.

Ah! Dia jadi ginik!

Perbezaan kuih abok2 sarawak dengan kuih abok2 semenanjung ialah,
Abok2 Sarawak tak pakai baju! Tak dibungkus dengan daun pisang.
Dan tak ada gula melaka.....

Tapi kuih abok2 beta,

ader kaler2, ada gula melaka,

tapi bogel tak pakai baju.

Note: Resepi asal dikukus selama 2jam.

Tapi, oleh kerana biji sagu telah dibasuh,

I kukus for 45mins ajer....

Takper... I prepare munch-munch (cemil2an) for you.....

3cloves garlic, 1tblsp oyster sauce, cornflour,

minced chicken, prawns, button mushroom, mixed veg;

Saute, Strain, leave aside.

Slit Puff tofu aka taupok.

Stuff the fillings into the Puff tofu.

Dip in

(2tblsp self raising flour, 1tblsp custard flour,

1tblsp cornflour + water)

batter.

Deep fry!

TADAH!

Dun forget the shilli shosh, otey!

Semolina Pudding

My No. 1 Fan aka Ibu mertuaku

requested for my

Semolina Pudding

aka

Sugee Bai

Very well then!

Besides,

its been quite sometimes since

I last made her some!

1 can evaporated milk

1 1/2 can water

1 tblsp ghee

2 tblsp condensed milk

5 tblsp castor sugar

pandan leaves

vanilla essence / rose essence

yellow colouring

6 tblsp semolina (5 genggam.... agak2 ah..)

Mix all ingredients; except semolina

and bring it to boil.

Add semolina bit by bit,

stirring continuosly.

Pour into mould

garnish with roasted sliced almonds & raisins.

Chill

Tips : Sebelum tuang semolina, rasa dulu.... the mixture must be sweeet....

kalau tak nanti dah tuang semolina, dia jadi tawar!

tak sedap tau!

Semolina agak2 5 genggam... kalau suka keras skit, boleh tambah lagi....

takper, tak dosa!

Panaskan 1 sudu makan minyak sapi....

Roast almonds dulu. Angkat, baru 'roast' raisins...

Cam sangar2 gitu!

Tabur atas pudding.

Coz I've been influenced by my mum's theory,

for as long as I could remember!

Okay, here you go!

inner fillet evenly marinated with

butter, minced garlic, cajun seasoning, paprika, parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme

Grill till the juices run dry

On the frying pan, over small fire.

Baby butterhead, zucchini, honey tomatoes, cheddar cheese,

juicy grilled butter herbs chicken, on flour tortilla lightly spread with sour cream.

There you go!

Ayah said, "THUMBS UP!!!!"

after work.

Suprisingly,

Lil' Mikhail

was sooo well behaved and

he didnt kick a helluva

when I carried

Lil' Darwisy.

Lil' Mika

was soo keen to touch

a-day-old Baby Darwisy.
Kept pushing his body forward

to get closer to Baby.

He seems puzzled,

but curious at the same time.
