AYAM DAUN PANDAN
2kg ayam (drumstick ajer) - buang tulang ambil isi saja
(I used boneless chicken - potong kecik2 jer)
1 sudu makan bawang putih - dicincang
1 sudu makan ketumbar biji - dikisar
2 sudu makan minyak bijan
sedikit tomato sos
sedikit sos ikan Thai
sedikit kicap biasa
garam, gula secukup rasa
Lumurkan daging ayam dengan semua bahan dan perap selama satu jam sehingga meresap.
Kemudian goreng ayam ini hingga setengah masak, angkat dan toskan.
Ambil beberapa keping ayam, dan bungkus dengan daun pandan seperti membungkus kuih chang atau bungkus saja semudah anda tahu dan ikat.
Bila hendak makan, goreng sekali lagi ayam yg berbungkus ini selama seminit atau sehingga ayam masak.

Vaccine
As per routine,
breakfast @ McDees,
den proceeded to
Choa Chu Kang Polyclinic
for Mikhail's assessment or vaccination.
This time round,
its my 15mth old boy's
Vaccination against Mumps, Measles & Rubella.
Kesian nyer dier....
Alhamdulillah,
all went well.
My hero just cringed a little when the
needle went thru his petal smooth skin.
After jab,
as always, its straight home!
Yes, I'm VERY particular!
The fever, if there's any will only
make its appearance say,
5days later...
But for now,
Its plenty of
rest and rest and rest...

TODDLER FRIED RICE
1 clove garlic, ginger - crushed
1 pc Fish roll - cubed, bite size
1 pc Chicken Fillet - cubed, bite size
Cabbage - sliced fine
1 cup rice, cooked
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon ikan bilis halus
1 medium egg
- Method -
Heat non-stick wok.
Melt 1teaspoon margarine,
Stir fry garlic, ginger.
Add ikan bilis halus.
Add chicken fillet, fish roll.
Add carrot, cabbage.
Add rice
Mix well.
Add margarine
Mix well.
Break an egg and mix evenly.
