Semolina Pudding

requested for my
Semolina Pudding
aka
Sugee Bai

Very well then!
Besides,
its been quite sometimes since
I last made her some!

1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 can water
1 tblsp ghee
2 tblsp condensed milk
5 tblsp castor sugar
pandan leaves
vanilla essence / rose essence
yellow colouring
6 tblsp semolina (5 genggam.... agak2 ah..)
Mix all ingredients; except semolina
and bring it to boil.
Add semolina bit by bit,
stirring continuosly.
Pour into mould
garnish with roasted sliced almonds & raisins.
Chill


Tips : Sebelum tuang semolina, rasa dulu.... the mixture must be sweeet....
kalau tak nanti dah tuang semolina, dia jadi tawar!
tak sedap tau!
Semolina agak2 5 genggam... kalau suka keras skit, boleh tambah lagi....
takper, tak dosa!
Panaskan 1 sudu makan minyak sapi....
Roast almonds dulu. Angkat, baru 'roast' raisins...
Cam sangar2 gitu!
Tabur atas pudding.
