What a beautiful Sunday!

Sunday

was spent entirely at home.

Alternating between

carrying out the

typical weekend routine of

laundry, cooking, housekeeping & whatnots

and

entertaining the Lil' Angel.

What else!

Bummer!

I couldn't do my marketing today because of the heavy rain.
Had to make do with whatever's left in the freezer.

Alhamdulillah!

Tak sesia daku stock up!

I managed to come up with
daging masak kicap, fried wanton & salad telur.
Jadilah tu!

And for Mika's menu:-
Hot steaming rice, a piece of dory, 1 whole potato.
Mixed and pureed.
*slurp*

Licin mangkuk dia!
Oh, Avocado for dessert.

Nevertheless, I'm thankful for the rain.

Since its been raining since wee morning and

shows no sign that it's gonna stop,
Keerook had to tread down to

China Square on his own.
*Dalam hati keseronokan*

Took the golden opportunity to do some

catching up & making up.
Yeap, just me & Mika.
Mika-Mama... Mama-Mika...
Bonding time!
Mama-Baby combo!
Heh.

A great way to celebrate Mother's Day, aye!

We laughed, we giggled,
We played, we 'talked'.
We snuggled, we cuddled.
But when Mika nap, I couldn't!
Had to finish up whatever chores left!

Neway, we discovered a new game today!

Mika... Mama nak ayak tepung...

Nak buat jemput2... Mana tepung Mama?
And automatically,

he would sit on the mattress, and

I would shake the mattress,
like the way you would sieve flour.
I would pretend that

I'd break the eggs, add the onions & chillies

& ikan bilis on his tummy.

And mixed all ingredients on

his tummy, tickling him away!

Terkekek2 ketawa!
Hahah! Tu pun bleh main jadi permainan!

And oh, we played bubbles.

Mika had fun chasing after the bubbles,
Tried to touch 'em, only to burst the bubbles!

Heheh!
Cartoon lah awak!

Wish the day never end!

This is indeed, a truly memorable

Mother's Day
for me.
My first, and hopefully not my last!

With many many more to come!
