The initial agreement between me & my sista was
I buy the kain and pass to you... U jahit for me, I give you upah.
Deal.
So I bought the kain.
Organza.
All 15ela of em!

Den, came the Maam Besar into the picture.

Bila nak jahit, she asked.
Ngah jahitkan, I replied.
Jahit sendiri lah! Macam tak tahu jahit!
Gulp!
Rosak programme gue nak dok goyang kaki!

Aiyah!
If I know I kena jahit sendiri, den I wouldnt have bought organza!
I would've bought kain cotton! Senang jahit!
Chet!

Neway, jahit myself, I did!

I had to rely on weekends and

whatever in-between chores time I had

to get it done...

Susah tau, curik2 time!

Nevertheless,

Alhamdulillah....

My efforts has finally paid off...

It took me almost a month just to sew

Usahakan dengan Titik peluh sendiri...
Bila dah siap, nikmatnya, Masya Allah....
Hanya Allah sahaja yg tahu betapa bangganya kita!

I cant describe the feeling....

the anticipation,

each time I came closer and closer to finishing it,

till it's all good and ready.

I was gushing like a kid in a candy store

as I finally oggled over the end product of

almost a month's labour of love

hanging pretty by the window.

With a wide grin that screams out

"Totally DIY, Totally Satisfied"

Blissful, I tell ya!
